About AURADEX
The concept of the shoe is the shoe itself, shaped by energy. ""Auradex"" is a fusion of ""Aura"" and ""Dex."" ""Aura"" suggests a radiant energy or atmosphere, while ""Dex"" is derived from ""dexterity,"" indicating skill or agility. The lines meeting on the sides indicate two different types of energy coming one to another, the circular wave pattern on the bottom sole creates the effect of an energy transfer in each step. Together, ""Auradex"" conveys a sense of refined elegance combined with agility or skill, as in fact, the main inspiration for this design was the sleek look of concept cars of the 90S and early 2000s.
About the Creator
The brand is a full expression of myself as a creative and how I'm pursuing the things in life. It's all about energy and how I approach things, especially in the creative field. The name itself, "SPLET" doesn't really mean anything, it was born out of a challenge with myself when i was learning graffiti lettering, as i was trying to create good pieces with difficult lettering compositions, this was one of them, and i liked how it sounded. I realized that no matter what, this has and will always be my approach, even if I try to do things differently, I'm not able to put myself in an "easy" and conventional way of learning and expressing myself, that's why I became SPLET, and that's how my creations come to life.
